Informative guide
Really comprehensive and easy-to-understand on all things sound healing - the essentials you need to know to maximize its benefits in your life, simple actions you can take for doing so, and things to avoid plus ways to detox from sound's pollution harmful impacts. I enjoyed the wide range of subtopics covered it - making it so easy and actionable to put to practice sound healing in my life in various ways starting now, and I knew pretty much nothing about this topic coming into it

POWERFUL GUIDE TO SOUND HEALING
I have always been intrigued by the idea of sound therapy and this book is an excellent resource, including all you need to know to begin your healing journey. The author guides you through sound and toning exercises to help calm and restore the mind, body and spirit to a balanced state. You will begin to understand your connection to the universe through vibration and frequency, as you are energy communicating with all that is. The reader learns of the ancient wisdom of sonic medicine, as well as the power of their own voice through vocal toning techniques. The added meditations and visualizations are great to have on hand whenever to need to bring more harmony to your life. If you are ready to harvest the power of sound to help heal yourself and the earth, I highly recommend this book!

Loved this book!
I never realized how sound can help reduce anxiety and stress. I found this guide very useful and will definitely try meditating with the sounds of nature going forward. The audiobook gave me a clear insight into connecting with my inner self and motivated me to further expand my meditation practice. I really enjoyed listening to it, I also found the narrator voice soothing and complimentary to this audiobook.

Peaceful sonic healing
I've always been curious about sound healing, especially as someone who deals with anxiety every day. The noise of the world makes things worse, and I was looking for something simple to start with.
I've been a little skeptical about things like ASMR, but this audiobook presented some compelling science behind why they might work without claiming they're a cure-all. It felt grounded and realistic, which I appreciated. I found this book to bring me some peace on a chaotic day.

Jam packed full of useful information
This book has such a beautiful cover.
It goes over the importance and benefits of understanding sounds and how they can effect and influence our bodies. There are different types of sound therapy and instruments that can be used for this purpose. It includes different kinds of sound and mindfulness exercises, as well as using vocal toning to your benefit and how to use it to help align and balance your chakras. It gives information, evidence and statistics about the negative effects of noise pollution on the mind and body. Also goes over how to use noise to your advantage and how it can be beneficial to you. It speaks about crystals and how you can choose crystals and use them to heal and find balance. I really like the inclusion of mantras, as well as the guided meditations. These are powerful resets for the mind and body.
This is such a great and helpful guide and it gives real evidence about the effects of noise. I found the section of healing instruments fascinating and will definitely be purchasing some in the future. I found the section with vocal toning to be super helpful, especially with the different sounds. I wish that it would've included the pronunciation for the tones on the chart on page 37, and I found the pronunciation guide for the chakra tones very helpful.
