However, there are limited resources for psychologists seeking to use DBT skills with individual clients. In the tradition of ACT Made Simple, DBT Made Simple provides clinicians with everything they need to know to start using DBT in the therapy room.

Let down because Calming the Emotional Storm is so good.
Now I’m not certain if Calming the Emotional Storm was so engaging because of the author or the narrator. I was so glad to find a teen DBT book by the same author and assumed this would be better to share with my teen, but I couldn’t get past the first couple chapters. My daughter wouldn’t last as long with the delivery style of this narrator.
Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.
