Nick Trenton grew up in rural Illinois and is quite literally a farm boy. His best friend growing up was his trusty companion Leonard, the dachshund. RIP Leonard. Eventually, he made it off the farm and obtained a BS in economics, followed by an MA in behavioral psychology.

The sequence of Chapters
I enjoyed the sequence the chapters were revealed. It was helpful to dig deep first before revealing helpful techniques to grow. I also enjoyed the variety of theories and thoughts and practical guidance on how to apply them. Thank you for the information. It's been transformative.

A refresher course of my Psychology Lessons
Thank you for reminding me what I learned in my Psychology Class. It was a great chance for me to review much of what I learned. I reviewed the material twice and am sure I will retain the information longer.
