Fantastic for beginners!

This book was a lot more detailed than I expected, and I absolutely loved the narrator's voice! He made me hungry for all the delicious included recipes. It's absolutely full of useful stuff that you can choose to act on - or not! I'm just at the beginning of this journey after seeing high cholesterol numbers earlier this year, and I'm very happy I found this book and took the time to listen to it. Highly recommended!
