The reason I listened to this was because I have been feeling like I react at times with too much stress and sometimes anger. This book gives you a whole explanation about why we react badly and even what types of anger we experience and why. I personally think the most valuable part is about intervening before the anger kicks in.

Since discovering these books and putting in the time to work on myself, my life has improved tremendously. I have really found my inner zen which makes this workbook have tremendous value to me. Interactive to the point. Good narration. Great contents and example. The last chapter was my favourite. Basically giving ways to control anger, like not being "Hangry", this one requires you feed your body the nutrients it requires, getting enough sleep. I love that the tips have tips too.
