Terrible audio edit
The information within is good , the heavy accent i have no problem with but I don’t know what happened to the audio editing … It is really outrageous and I feel anyone who has spent money on this audiobook should be compensated with a full pdf of the text to account for any missing pages or chapters in the audio. Some sentences are straight up repeated too.

Great information ..bad narration
Great book full of incredible information. Inspiring, so much in fact, that I hate to say anything negative, but the narration is awful with several mispronunciations, voices in the background,and being able to hear the Breathe coming from the reader hitting the microphone. That said, still some very vital information provided if you can get through the audio.

Cornerstone for changing your life.
This book is up there with the Wheat Belly series by Dr. William Davis. I've listened to each many times to ensure I don't miss a morsel. The Dry Fasting miracle exists and this book far exceeds the other books for knowledge and practicality. Study this for your best health.
