About this listen

Double, double, bard in trouble. Mob will catch him in a couple...

Okay, the mobsters looking for Daniel still hadn't found him. That was the good news.

Bad news? The net was tightening - and Daniel was running out of places to hide inside the Dawnlight Forest in the World of Chains. His skills and achievements as a bard did not help avoid attention - quite the opposite, in fact.

Maybe, it was time to leave the forest? Or, maybe...maybe take that Council quest and search for a more long-term solution to his predicament?

Continues to be amazing

The fact that the story is as good as the previous 2 should be enough for you. I do love that they put some of the violin parts in. It raises the quality from good to awesome.

Still one of my most favorites

If you haven't listened to The Wayward Bard and are just stumbling across this review, I strongly recommend starting the series, and enjoying the ride. I am on the fence about sound effects and the like in audio performances, but the violin pieces in this story are perfect. The world is rich, the characters well thought out, and the abilities and stats are fairly even handed to keep the MC this side of OP. Give it a try, I think you'll like it.

Another great SBT performance!

SBT did it again! They are the best at making you feel so immersed in the story with their voice acting and special effects! Love the violin! Great story overall! Not the typical LitRpg story! Excited to see where the story goes!

lackluster

Not as good as the first two. Although the author finally reveals and resolved some important plot points, that doesn't happen until the very end of the book. So the first 9/10 is kind of weak. These books could have been consolidated into one book if he legft out all of the pointless filler. I won't be continuing the series any further
