The advice was actually practical!
The biggest difference between this book and other books I have tried on panic and anxiety, is the advice given here is actually practical and realistic. I hope that makes sense! Some books, well, the advice is so "out there", its not really practical for a normal person with a normal life and limited time. This book was practical yet powerful there I am happy to give it full marks

Original and powerful.
Give it a chance, don't give up on the first 10 mins.
I found the introduction to be very boring and nearly gave up but, get past that and the real content is gold.
I feel more in control of my anxiety which was tested this weekend with a major event in my personal life.

Stop overthinking.
I feel this book made me look at my problems in a different way. Tackling the main issue of OVERTHINKING was the key which then unlocked my anxiety and panic and MOSTLY (not completely) made it go away.
