A decent book

A fine overvære of the methods to reduce anxiety but then says that social anxiety disorder is a chronic thing and cant be cured. I abosulety disagree. You can cure SAD with deep trauma healing and getting seriously into spiritual practices

ok

Trauma is not healed with spiritual practices as mentioned by one person in the comments. This is just a cognitive bias that can be harmful and delay adequate psychotherapeutic care for trauma.
Seek help with people dedicated to mental health in the field of psychology.
Holistic practices just make people feel good but unfortunately, this makes them biased, dependent and eternal spiritual seekers who cover their wounds with magical thinking and in this way, form an unbreakable spiritual ego. Spiritual reading is fine, but holistic practices are a waste of time and money.
