I truly enjoyed listening to the Vegan Diet for Beginners, it was very informative. I'm in transition to going vegan and I've been finding it challenging to create meals that are tasting and different. A lot of resources I came across they showcase the same meals which can get boring after a while. However, this book had a variety of recipes to use for breakfast, smoothies, appetizers, soups, salads, desserts, lunch and dinner. Lastly, the length of this book was fairly reasonable and I didn't get bored while listening, sometimes the speakers of audiobooks can be very "dry".
I look forward to creating my monthly meal plan and going grocery shopping using some of these wonderful recipes that was mentioned. I can fully get started with my new lifestyle as a vegan.
