I am reviewing an amazingly awesome Vegan audiobook called "VEGAN: Vegan Diets for Beginners" by Sam Kuma.
I do not consider veganism as only just a "diet", but a lifestyle choice.
I have been vegetarian for over 20 years and vegan for 2 years of my life. I must say it is very difficult to find the perfect recipes that DO NOT include any animal products.
And going to a restaurant is a complete nightmare because you have no idea what ingredients the chef placed into your meals.
This audiobook has exactly 76 recipes to help you cook the most incredible vegan meals. If you find physically reading cookbooks tedious and dull this audiobook is for you!

Great Audiobook to Help with Becoming Vegan!
I was able to receive this audiobook with a discount code I was given.
I truly enjoyed listening to the Vegan Diet for Beginners, it was very informative. I'm in transition to going vegan and I've been finding it challenging to create meals that are tasting and different. A lot of resources I came across they showcase the same meals which can get boring after a while. However, this book had a variety of recipes to use for breakfast, smoothies, appetizers, soups, salads, desserts, lunch and dinner. Lastly, the length of this book was fairly reasonable and I didn't get bored while listening, sometimes the speakers of audiobooks can be very "dry".
I look forward to creating my monthly meal plan and going grocery shopping using some of these wonderful recipes that was mentioned. I can fully get started with my new lifestyle as a vegan.

Needed a different narrator and a recipe list.
I have always wanted to learn about switching to a vegan lifestyle, the book version is a great intro towards that journey. The audiobook is a bit disjointed in the way the instructions are delivered. Frankly, she's exhausting to listen to. The sort of jerky whisper towards the end of a word type of voice. This book needed someone with a clear, right pace, soft yet firm type of delivery. It also would have been beneficial to have a recipe index, rather than the typical chapter breakdown that most audiobooks have.

I enjoy the Vegan Diet for Beginners book
I loved this book because recent my husband and I been trying to stop eating meat. Our child do not eat meat and we trying to show a goos example. The book breaks everything down for you to exceed in the vegan diet.

Yummy New Ideas
I have been looking for a recipe book with vegan recipes, not because I am vegan, but I want to have meatless days. I was glad to find this book because it has given me a wealth of ideas that I am going to buy the Kindle version as well. I can't wait to have a mestless day with some different ideas. All but seafood and fish. We don't eat that in the house.

Well Written, but difficult for audio
I personally found the book to be well written, but I had difficulty with it being audio as if I was interested in a recipe then I had to write it down. I could not take a picture of it or copy and paste. That aside the author did know what they were talking about in regards to a vegan diet and the narration was pretty good too.
