Publisher's summary

Years ago, Lindon left his home as a powerless Unsouled. Now, he goes to war with the most powerful beings in the world over the future of Cradle itself.

The Weeping Dragon has a grudge to settle, and Lindon intends to take out the Dreadgod with his friends by his side. But rival Monarchs know his plans, and they won’t let things end so easily.

If Lindon does win, he will ascend to the heavens. But he may not find a safe haven there either.

In the worlds above, Suriel and Ozriel face off against the Mad King to determine the new shape of the cosmos. The victor will decide the fate of countless universes.

Whether he wins or dies, Lindon will soon leave this life behind.

The time has come to say good-bye to Cradle.

Few audiobooks provide as much of an escape as those in the fantasy genre. Each of the best introduces us to an entirely new world (or a new version of this one), a diverse cast of complexly constructed characters, and a story so mesmerizing we’re reluctant to return to real life. But because the genre is so full of talent, it can be difficult to know what to listen to next. Look no further than this list of the best fantasy audiobooks to get you started.

Best series and ending to a series…EVER

Will, there aren’t words. This whole series has brought me more joy than any books I’ve or series I’ve read. Waybound didn’t disappoint at all. This book is the perfect crescendo. It has the most closure. I was so worried I’d be sad that the series was over, but Will, you finished it so perfectly I was just left with peace and joy. Thank you for this series! Can’t wait to read your other works!

Felt a little rushed

Wasn’t expecting this to be the last book to be honest. It tied everything up and I was really sad to see it end, my only complaint is it seemed rushed toward ending it.

Can’t wait to ascend.

BEST ONE YET! Really hoping “the end of cradle” just means the beginning of “the grave series” or something. Honestly can say this is the best book series I have ever read. I love that the guy is powerful, yet humble. A true hero!

Cram packed

What a ride! This is by far one of my most favorite series. I can't believe there won't be any more new books in the series.

Great end to the series

Sorry to see it end but it was a solid entry to the series. Epic in powers, some fun and twists, and a reasonable wrap up job.

A Satisfying Finale

This book is a satasifying conclusion to the Cradle series, if you've read this far then go ahead and finish it!

It's hard to believe how long I've been listening to the Cradle Series. Ever since I found the first few books, I absolutely tore them and had to wait for each book after Ghostwater to release. It has been amazing to see these characters grow over several years, to see them struggle, to overcome challenges both from within and without. Will Wight and Travis Baldree have created something magical together. I cannot count the number of times listening to this book put a big goofy smile on my face. I'm sad to see it end, but it has been a wonderful journey.
