A Technical Work of Art

Matt Pivots did it again, he built upon his world that is entirely unique and makes logical sense. Pivots did everything he could to create a world that answers the fundamental makeup of items and crafting that most authors miss. Instead of the use magic and it just happens Pivot manages to have crafting “make sense”. The problems the character faces is exactly what you would expect for a “creator”. Matt Hick does it again and brings the characters to life with unique voices for each major character. This is one series I’m and really excited to see the future of and hope both author and narrators can continue with it

Bad human

What though me was there was a hint of slavering with the cats but you can still earn your freedom but with the human slave all the way have to meet that quota

I can’t get enough.

Second book, main concept holds strong. The narrators to an amazing job. Matt hicks sounds like I imagine the main character would sound like. Eric Bateman voice is always amazing in which ever character she voices.

Awesome Sequel

When it comes to a sequel, I am personally looking for everything that made the last book worth it and then some. In my opinion that is this book. This appears to be the first series that the author has ever done. It's the only one he's got up available on Amazon and Audible. I checked to see if he was doing the staggered release where the next one was already out in eBook form, but unfortunately, he's not. I also looked to see if there was anything else of his to check out while we wait for the next release but like I said he appears to be brand new. I do think his writing was solid and I'm definitely enjoying the story so far. As far as the performance goes the narration team is one that I'm quite familiar with. I actually just caught their performance in “Galactic Ranger.” While you wait for the author to put out his next awesome book, I would also recommend checking out the “Peace Spawner” series with Matt Hicks or “Survival of the Fittest” with Erin Bateman. Lastly, I'll just say well done to everybody who had a hand in bringing this story to us, the Audible listeners.

Good Sequel

*I received a free copy in exchange for an honest review*
This was a good sequel and a very well written story. Noah and Mara are amazing. Since Noah was an engineer, you get to see a splash of some technical details for the readers. I love this.

smart mc is an idiot

The first book hooked me, i really wanted to like book 2. However the main character goes from being a semi smart character who has a bunch of great ideas and plans, to a moron who contradicts himself at every turn. He says he thinks the overlord is suspicious and might be evil, so he naturally he yells at the overlord like that's a good idea. He mentions that he knows the overlord has been watching him for a long time, so he makes an item to hide his actions from the overlord, and then tries to escape, but doesn't use the item he made for escaping. The author can't decide whether he wants the main character to be smart or dumb.

Second part of the story does not disappoint!

Fast paced adventure that has surprising plot twists! What happens when the big rescue takes you out of the frying pan and into the fire? Once you finish you will be looking for the next episode!
