Really good ending to this Sci-Fi LitRPG

It’s nice to have a series like this where all the books aren’t under 10 HRs, is limited to four books, and where there is a solid ending. The science fiction in this gets pretty far out there, the RPG is highly unusual, the stats aren’t repeated too often, and character development is fairly comprehensive. I was not liking it much after book 1 but decided to stick with it. Overall, this is an impressive series that will be enjoyed most by people into heavy analysis of science.

An amazing journey

The first book sucked me into it completely. The way the world of magic was established and described was so compelling that I couldn't get enough of it.

Second and third books kinda went in weird direction with some of the references and jokes but they still kept me engaged in the main story.

The last book nailed it. Everything made sense to me and I'm wholly satisfied.

Overall: 4,5/5, great series.

Decent Series Ending

3.5

While the game elements in this volume are pretty unreasonable, the character stories are quite satisfying. In particular, the decision to include an epilog to relate the stories of the main characters after the end of the core storyline was a good one, providing closure in a way that many series never manage.

The book only gets a 3.5 because what started as an interesting gamelit world has been almost entirely abandoned by this volume, rather as though the author either didn't know how to, or couldn't, continue to support that part of the world.

Cautious recommendation for fans of prog. fantasies and there's really too much game content for this to be interesting to those who don't like a gaming frame to their stories.

an amazing series and a Bittersweet goodbye

well this is the last in the series according to several sources hopefully the offer will change his mind and bring joy to us with at least two more three more books but as for this one it was a good way to say goodbye and a good way to set up for a potential new book or new series
