Great meditation program!

This was probably the best meditation program Ive followed-and Ive listed to lots! The 10 minute increments were perfect and just enough time for me to zone out. I looked forward to the next day's mediation every day

I am so present

Jess Ray is a wonderful meditation guide. She makes you feel so connected. I look forward to my meditation practice every day. I am so much more mindful and calm it has made a huge difference in my life. The bonus is that meditation has even improved my golf game.

An achievable mediation practice

This is a gentle introduction to meditation and finding 10 minutes in a day is achievable and still brought me the results I wanted, less reactive, more clarity and an even greater appreciation for life.

Jess has the perfect voice for me. Instantly soothing.

Inhale, you are doing the best you can!

Looks like the audio has been updated, as the music plays quietly in the background and Jess’s voice soothes you to a state of calm and quiet. I use this when I wake up at night and as a break to quieten down during the day.
Every day is different which helps with the concentration.

Wonderful short guides meditations

I am an avid meditation practitioner and enjoy finding new guided meditations. This recording is a wonderful introduction to many different forms of meditation - some which were new to me. The meditations are short and easy to fit into a busy schedule making it more likely to complete and experience the benefits of a daily meditation practice. Highly recommended!!
