Thankful for these wise words of wisdom.

And thankful for practical ways to manage stress and anxiety. Maybe even more so with COVID. Also, I have a husband with stage 4 colon cancer.... so I appreciate all of the coping mechanisms available and that I am learning.

A Tool for your tool bag.

stop the narrative.
if your having panic attacks you will need to process your trauma. once your body process these traumas. you will no longer have the feeling that we think will never end.

A+ for Help when anxious about what might happen!

I remember my terror before performing on music recitals, the upset stomach pains and Fear Tears.
I now know how to help others with this same problem, thanks to Mel, My experience and my own present resourcefulness.

Such Good ideas Anxiett

It is so refreshing to approach anxiety from a perspective that says it's normal and there is nothing wrong or broken about you when you experience anxiety. it helps to have someone who has been there, done that to explain it to you also. I can't wait to try the suggestions.
