Before starting this book, I had no idea what ACT, CBT, and DBT meant or how they could help me be my best self. The first book works on going through your own barriers to take yourself to new heights. Book 2 is all about mental well-being and how to improve it. The third book focuses on anxiety and depression. I most enjoyed the free bonus gifts and have worked through all of them. Great comprehensive guide to self-improvement.
