Informational!!!

This audiobook was really helpful for understanding your emotions and feel more in control of your life. The author explains how your thoughts affect your feelings and how to handle stress in a way that actually works. The narrator makes everything easy to follow, so it doesn’t feel confusing or overwhelming.

One of my favorite parts is how it teaches you to stay calm, deal with tough situations, and feel more confident in yourself. It also includes free bonuses to help you keep making progress. How your mind works and how to help it

This isn't a quick-fix book. They actually go into some detail about how your mind works and how your thoughts and feelings are connected. The ACT book talks about accepting things and focusing on what you value, which is a different approach than I've tried before. The CBT book explains how your thoughts affect your emotions, which makes a lot of sense when you actually stop to think about it. And the DBT book breaks down these core skills like mindfulness and dealing with tough emotions, which I definitely need help with. Each book has exercises to actually work through things, which makes it feel really practical.

The first book works on going through your own barriers to take yourself to new heights. Book 2 is all about mental well-being and how to improve it. The third book focuses on anxiety and depression.
