Informational!!!

This audiobook was really helpful for understanding your emotions and feel more in control of your life. The author explains how your thoughts affect your feelings and how to handle stress in a way that actually works. The narrator makes everything easy to follow, so it doesn’t feel confusing or overwhelming.

This workbook is filled with great content between the 3 books included in this 1 audiobook! Very complete workbook for Inner Growth

I was searching for a book with lots of different exercises for stress.
