Excellent resource for all of us!
Wow! This book is incredible. Learning about the two tenets of DBT, Self-acceptance, and change, has been a game-changer for my anxiety. Thank you for this helpful and clear information! Your practical solutions to stressors, such as email, social media, and change focused on negative thoughts moving to accept positive emotions are enlightening. Mindfulness, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and emotional regulation were clearly explained alongside solutions. This is useful. Read or listen to this book! I highly recommend it.

Anger can be extremely dangerous
I think that this is a really great book. I love all of the points that the author has made about controlling your emotions. I didn’t know the danger that anger can cause. This book will help change your mindset if you’re dealing with depression.
