Finished the book in less than 3 hours by speeding it up a bit, a feature of audible that I am grateful for. Great explanation of the 5 different Intermittent fasting types, as well as the benefits and differences of IF on men and women. not a diet but rather a lifestyle to fast
I did different kinds of diets in the past. They work well but I constantly find myself gaining weight again. Intermittent fasting, on the other hand, is not a diet but rather a lifestyle to fast at certain hours or days depending on what fasting resolution you'd choose. If you can get past the narrators poor pronunciation of Intermittent, this book will be a great reference for beginners.
