Great explanation of the 5 types of IF

Finished the book in less than 3 hours by speeding it up a bit, a feature of audible that I am grateful for. Great explanation of the 5 different Intermittent fasting types, as well as the benefits and differences of IF on men and women. I'd appreciate if the book laid down references or studies when stating facts.

This book explains the benefits of intermittent fasting. This book contains a lot of recipes that help reduce weight. Especially if you want to effectively reduce weight then you can follow this book. This book causes me to profoundly make a few information investigations effectively. not a diet but rather a lifestyle to fast

I did different kinds of diets in the past. They work well but I constantly find myself gaining weight again. Intermittent fasting, on the other hand, is not a diet but rather a lifestyle to fast at certain hours or days depending on what fasting resolution you'd choose. If you can get past the narrators poor pronunciation of Intermittent, this book will be a great reference for beginners.

One of the most comprehensive Intermittent fasting book out there for beginners. Weight loss becomes simple as long as you follow the process depending on the type of fasting you chose. The 16/8 Method works for me.
