It worked for me. Stopped smoking almost without a pain, just like the author promised. If someone would tell me that I will become a non-smoker that easy, I'd never believe. But non-smoker I am. And all the credit goes to the author of this book.

I quit smoking after I listened to this.
I listened to this book in January 2017 after a friend who knew I was trying to quit had suggested this audiobook and let me know that they had quit successfully the same way almost five years ago. I had failed many times to quit smoking over the last 15 years. This book really did make it easy and I enjoyed starving the nicotine monster. I have already saved thousands of dollars and I feel great because I smoked my last cigarette January 27th. :-)

Have to admit, this book truly helped me quit smoking.. it does show a perspective of this awful habit that none of us smokers had ever thought about..and this is when everything becomes clear to yourself, “I have to quit”. And it is that simple.

i was sceptical at first. now I am free of nicotine and feel amazing every day. dont wait another second. listen and you too will quit smoking easily!! i cried when I quit. not because i was scared of life without smoking but was happy for a life free from killing myself slowly!
