Still recovering, but so far, this audiobook has helped more than anything else. It teaches you to accept the panic and be excited about it instead of fearing it and trying to distract yourself from it. You face it and welcome it instead

Great audiobook, helped me a lot.

Presents a simple method. Directly addresses the fear of fear and a logical way out, unlike many audiobooks and psychiatrists which will label you as lifelong disabled requiring medication and "management".

It really does work to end the fear of anxiety

I started to listen to the audiobook, getting to know the author's experience with anxiety and listening to his success of using 4 easy to remember simple steps on how to confront/accept/challenge anxiety and phobia.

Game changer

Never thought there would be a cure to my anxiety

This audiobook changed my life, much like everyone else who left a review. I struggle with health anxiety and basically, any physical manifestation of odd bodily symptoms sends me into an attack. It often left me with agoraphobia. This audiobook has given so much of my life back
