Good advice

Some of it I knew but there are also some great new tips. I needed the reminder on the things I knew. I like that he gives practical statements you can use in life, both personal and career. Voice easy to listen to.

Very insightful!

I think this book was well wtitten and i understoof everything. I think exercises in The book were really helpfull in learning how to be more assertive. I was listening to this book Daily to practice assertive behaviour.

Great

The narration is clear and straightforward. I like this book better than 1 or 2 other assertive books I tried before it that were more focused on discussing the victims side. This one discusses the issues and how to change them, unbiased. The focus is on handling requests, but the info can be applied to all communication. Thank you!
