Interesting but also not sold

The material seems good and it was also narrated very well. That being said it's hard for me to believe. That's not a slight on the book or the books information but my healthy sceptisim. I suggest people give it a listen and judge for themselves.

Down, Up, Left

I am currently on day 6 of an extended fast. I was hoping for information and encouragement. Information I did get.

At first I was lost in the technical science, but later it moved towards laymen's terms, for which I was grateful. Then it veered into what seemed to be a veiled infomercial for Prolon.

I don't wish to spend money on infomercials. (One reason why I don't buy magazines.)

Im not sorry I listened, but I would like more information on extended fasting.

Super interesting!!!

This is a great way to learn about different types of eating schedules you can use to help your body heal itself. it thorogouhly explains the history and science behind it. the testimonials too are helpful to see how people applied in real life. its encouraging as there are different types you can adopt depending on what works best for you. you dont have to do the most extreme to benefit from it. thanks for all the knowledge!!!

there is a mistake in chapter 4, wrt how much fat is ok on Keto.

Incredibly important subject material

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Logan Wolf deserves full credit for addressing this incredibly important subject. Fasting and autophagy have such incredible promise for life extension and health improvement, and we're only on the cusp of learning about the phenomenon.

I've been looking desperately for more material to supplement my knowledge of the subject. Aside from Dr. Jason Fung's books and Dr. Rhonda Patrick's podcasts, the resources on autophagy have been pretty limited. I'm ecstatic to have a three hour book on the subject to listen to during my commute.

The book itself is well written and goes into great detail about the subject. The narrator is well-spoken and has a clear voice. I definitely recommend this book.

Simple and easy

Great shorter version of books like the complete guide to fasting which makes it quicker to get the information on fasting and the reaction your cells take to the process. Super good info for all to digest, pun intended.

Interesting But Questions

So I have been doing IF and HIIT for several years so you had me at autophagy. I'm ready to move to the next level of longer term 7-10 day water fasting. However as the podcast moved out of long term water fasting into FMD I was left wondering if this podcast was intended to provide info on long term fasting or was actually a veiled infomercial for Prolon. You've definitely piqued my interest but I guess I'll go elsewhere for more info on water fasting.
