Practical Approach To Getting In Shape

I’ve listened to all of Marc’s audiobooks, but I’d say that Be Your Own PT is definitely the most practical of them all. It’s set out so that you can follow along each of the 10 weeks of the weight training program.

Let me go to the gym!!!!!

This book gives you a 10-week gym program : including exercises, how many repetitions to do, how long to rest for etc etc. I’m desperate to get started & put it into practice - when my gym eventually opens again after lockdown!!

I have spent tons of money on personal trainers over the past 4-5 years. Up until now that is! This book teaches you how to invest in yourself and YOU being in control of your gym workouts.
