Sometimes my mind is racing when I am trying to get to sleep, - this book helps with this problem.
The narrator's voice is calm and relaxing, the short stories are just the right length to allow me to relax from the day.
There is a good variety in the stories, they are entertaining and fun to listen to.
Anyone who is having trouble falling asleep should give this audio a listen.
Let yourself drift-off into a peaceful sleep.

I thoroughly enjoyed this listen, which offers numerous stories to ease the mind and calm the body. Moreover, I particularly liked the presence of sleep meditations such as the first "countdown to sleep" that immediately follows the thirteenth story (book 1). There is so much value in this 2 in 1 collection, I'm so glad I added it to my library - it is most certainly worth a listen!

I realized with this book that listening to it in a low tune helps put me in a relaxed head space and at times I fall asleep without realizing. I will recommend people struggling like me to try listening to the book in may work for you just like it work for me.
If you are some one who struggles with anxiety I will suggest you tried it because it helped me when I am stressed or worried about something.
