Calming and peaceful

I enjoyed this audio.
Sometimes my mind is racing when I am trying to get to sleep, - this book helps with this problem.
The narrator's voice is calm and relaxing, the short stories are just the right length to allow me to relax from the day.
There is a good variety in the stories, they are entertaining and fun to listen to.
Anyone who is having trouble falling asleep should give this audio a listen.
Let yourself drift-off into a peaceful sleep.
I recommend this audiobook.

Simply perfect!

Well, here's one perfect listen to drift off into a deep, peaceful slumber...
I thoroughly enjoyed this listen, which offers numerous stories to ease the mind and calm the body. Moreover, I particularly liked the presence of sleep meditations such as the first "countdown to sleep" that immediately follows the thirteenth story (book 1). There is so much value in this 2 in 1 collection, I'm so glad I added it to my library - it is most certainly worth a listen!

Hours for relaxation and calm

This audiobook has hours of relaxation and guided meditation! The narration is smooth and soothing, perfect for winding down. It's full of calming stories and meditations that are just right for tackling anxiety, stress, and general discomfort when trying to fall asleep. Plus, it's a great deal with two books in one. Very Effective

This book delivers on its promises! The bedtime stories have the effect of gently calming your mind as you focus your attention on the elements of the stories, ‘what are the characters saying’ and ‘what characters are doing’. You’ll find yourself relaxing and releasing the stress from the day without even realizing it because you’re so engrossed in the story. I found the mediations very comforting and peaceful. The narrator has a very soothing voice that has a really calming effect. The narrator gently guides you through the process of mediation. If you close your eyes and follow the guided steps, you’ll create in your mind a tranquil place where you can let go of your stress. I’ve been dabbling in mediation lately and this book is a very effective guided mediation resource. I highly recommend listening to this book.

Even Adults Could Use A Bed Time Story

What a great idea. Bed Time Stories for Adults. This book was not only enjoyable, but helpful for stress. As I listened it slowed my mind down to feel more calm and I was able to fall asleep easier and to stay asleep.

I never get to the end of the story

I have just moved into a new flat and amazingly it has speakers in the ceiling of every room. I put on some of these bedtime stories have a herbal tea and bam I'm out like a light, the narrator has a nice soothing voice, the stories don't hurt and I couldn't even tell you the ending to most of the stories because I'm out like a baby before I get there.

Soothing narrator with interesting twist

This audiobook, especially the soothing sound of the narrator, has really helped my sleep routine. The relaxing stories and meditations have significantly reduced my anxiety. Listening to this before going to bed is like having a personal narrator to guide me into deep sleep each night. My favorite story was Fay Yui for a few reasons, relatable for me. If you are struggling to go to sleep or even stay asleep, I recommend this audiobook. The meditations do a great job of relaxing your entire body for a full sleep.

Calming

I was not expecting to be lulled into such a relaxed state. It was like being transported back in time to when my mom would read me bed time stories to get me to fall asleep. This was wonderful and will be listened to multiple times. Thank you.
