Just Keep Listening!
It’s clear to me that the one star reviewer didn’t get past the intro. This book is DEFINITELY about dating! Not just getting dates but getting in touch with what you really want and value in a partnership. Also buckle up because you’re gonna have to do the work! Looking at you Mr lazy one star reviewer!
Maybe it’s better called “Big Relationship Energy” because it walks you through all the stages from meeting to the honeymoon phase to when-to-call-it-quits and how to get back out there.
If you know Therapy Jeff and are a fan, you recognize the title and know what a wild ride you’re getting into. The authors voice and humor is clear and consistent throughout.
10/10 and I’m going to be listening to this one again.

Not an authentic book on dating.
This author contradicts one of his main statements. “Don’t change, be true to yourself.” Then goes on a rant about his political views and how others should align to what he says about the downfalls of socialism to be a better person. So when it’s convenient to his message, the listener should change? I’ll look for a non-bias self help on dating.
