easy to listen to, full of cited articles.

It takes a little bit to get used to Dr Faith's style but I soon found her easy to listen to and follow along with.
The wide range of material covered and Dr Faith's ability to bring it all together in a manner that enlightens the reader to a whole systems (holistic) approach is eye opening for the lay person who wants to have a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection without spending the endless hours of training and research.
If one takes the time to read through the entirety of the material they will find themselves walking away with a much better understanding of how the mind & body work together to achieve homeostasis for the whole person.

Very informative! And encouraging.

This author never disappoints; I’ve listened to three other books by her and they are all packed with useful information about how and why our bodies and brains do what they do, and how we can better serve them. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to feel better in every sense of the word.

This book was so informative and so helpful. I almost gave up on it at first because it was a bit difficult but I’m glad I kept on listening till the very end

F*cling Hilariously Informative

Dr Harper has a way with keeping the reader engaged throughout, ably speaking to complex concepts, at times, in a down to earth manner.

I love the subject. I learned new things from this book. I will listen again. I was surprised when the book ended. This makes me want to find more books from Faith G. Harper PhD. I am looking forward to it.

Love anything by Faith G. Harper!

For those who have are tired of the same old jargon. She doesn’t swear so much that it’s annoying… she just tells it like it is. Like you’re listening to a friend. You may know this information but it’s comforting and makes you feel less alone.. no judgment.. etc.
