Valuable and informative!
This was a great audiobook, packed full of info! It goes over the basics of exercise and dives a little deeper into why exercising and staying fit is so important and good for our bodies and health. Then the book goes into the different types of workouts you can do for different body parts, and each of the benefits that come with them. There are also examples of exercises you can even do at home if you don't have access to a gym, or just feel like staying at and working out! On top of that, there are also plenty of common mistakes that are explained so you know how to avoid them and use correct form to prevent injuries. Great for beginners who don't know where to start, or anyone who is just looking to switch up their routine or learn a bit more about exercising/resistance training etc.

Helpful and Informative!
I have decided to invest in myself and my body with the help of this book to start to implement a simple workout plan, Exercising, which is the minimum that I can begin with. I have not been doing much of the exercises, but the book was helpful in its approach to help anyone take off. It has made it very easy for me to start and hopefully keep up with and become a master. I had picked up in the past only to go back as I had drifted away from the disciplines I had acquired.
Hopefully, I will learn how to work out and stick to a plan to have a healthier heart and lifestyle.

Perfect for Turning a New Page in my Life!
I had been trying to work out before this book, but could never really stick to a schedule. In a last-ditch effort to try and get a workout routine, I read the reviews and decided this could be great, and man, this personal trainer, did not disappoint! Did I say, personal trainer? well, this book might as well be one! This really portrayed the information in an easy way to digest, and helped me understand more about my body and how to work out!
After a few workouts, I can definitely tell a difference in my attitude, and I have a feeling I will stick with them!

Walking is for me.
I like to walk around. I did not know the effect it had on the human body! As an old man this is great news! I am 77 years old, and I cannot workout too much. Walking is perfect for me then a glass of wine with salad. Salud!

Work Out Guide!
The book is the perfect guide to workout and exercise in a better and lovable way, which doesn't lead to procrastination. The book is more than just an exercising guide. But it gives tips on boosting your heart's performance. How to prevent injuries and mistakes during the workout, I used to watch youtube videos for information. Still, I moved to listen to this audiobook that gives a global overview of the topic from mindset to exercising. I highly recommend it

Needed this book in this moment!
Consistently sticking to a workout routine has been so difficult for me and through the strategies shared in this book, I feel more confident that I'll be able to create new workout habits that I can realistically stick with. It's like having a personal trainer without the high cost.

Health is wealth!
As I'm making more laps around the sun, I can definitely feel the changes in my body. My back is more stiff from hours of sitting at my desk. I can tell I'm not as flexible as I used to be. I got this book because I wanted to gain some muscles and improve my range of motion. This book contains a wealth of knowledge on how to work out different parts of your body, like abs, legs, glutes, arms, and shoulders as well as how to avoid injuries. I think it would be nice to have attachment of pictures of some the exercises because that will be helpful in executing it properly but otherwise it's a solid book.

Great book for starting out!
This is good book to start out with. There are a lot exercises to get you into a routine. And for many of us, including me, we need to get into that habit of exercising in order to get into the road of purpose. It's better as an audio book and reference.
