So many mistakes in my routine!

I seriously had no idea what I was doing for the last month or so before coming across this audiobook. It's almost like I wasn't even working out haha!!

Love the diagrams included with this book. Absolutely game-changing. I have now added the crab walk, spiderman pushups, and drunken mountain climbers into my routine. I find these ones are great specifically because I needed something more for my core and upper arms.

A few weeks later and here I am! I can finally do a few pushups, WOO!

HOME WORKOUTS Simplified

Good book, well written by AG. Well Audibled by Tim, nice voice. Perfect Book for a pandemic. The workouts do not need to be time consuming or expensive, perfect for burning fat ! Covers the basics like warm up, cool down, hydrating. All areas of body covered, arms legs, glutes, chest, cardio. etc. Good Job AG.

Useful, educational, and super descriptive

I’ve been spending more time exercising at home in the last couple years (especially due to covid) and switched to more body weight training because of this. Boredom and plateaus started to hit, and I never thought of an audio book to help me.

There were a couple different exercises that I didn’t already have in my Arsenal that definitely helped (crab walk as one for sure) but more than anything this helped me focus on form in an entirely different way.

Being able to depict how to do an exercise with just words is something I’ve struggled with when talking with friends to help them (I tend to do that) and after listening to this I have successfully been able to teach more of my friends who work out at home (and wfh) different exercises without having to be there to show them or send them videos.

Piqued my interest, recharged me, and also taught me a skill I didn’t think to learn. Love it.

It's time to get rid of the CV "19"

I get it - it's been a stressful year, but it's time to start taking off those love handles we've all worked so hard at putting on over the last year. Great news - this book is FANTASTIC! Learning how to workout anytime and anywhere is KEY to dropping some unwanted pounds while stuck inside while gyms are closed. "Home Workouts" is the workout buddy you've wanted. Great stuff and I'm happy to recommend to friends/family!

Very helpful book that helps you exercise

Not like ordinary work-out book, this book introduces innovative ways to exercise from home instead of gyms. It doesn't only tell you work out different part of your body but also provides you with the PDF that you can print out while listening to it. I haven't been to gym for a long time since working from home and this book shows me ways to do that during the pandemic. Love it!

The perfect home gym !

This book couldn’t have come at a better time as I’m spending more time at home now in front of my laptop, and I was after a routine I could fit around my current lifestyle with minimum travel time. All exercises are broken down in easy to follow steps, and include every exercise for a full body workout. The PDF guide and diagrams really helped too.

Home workout made easy

After 8 months of pandemic and restriction, I decided to find a solution for myself and not keep waiting till the gym open their door again, the thing that we're not certain about ... so I started to look around for ways to keep me in shape although the difficult times we live in, luckily I came across this audiobook which has helped me learn how to work out all my body muscles with no materials or pain, also what the meal plan I should follow for a better body and mental health, this book is beneficial from all aspects, I found that the training method to burn calories is crucial and has benefited me a lot, I highly recommend it for everyone who wants to stay in shape working out at home.

I can do this!

This book made working out at home easy and simple. I was an avid gym rat but at my age of 55 I found I couldn't exercise at the gym the way I used to. The workouts in this book have saved me so much travel time to and from the gym. I find my workouts have been invigorated by following the steps in this book instead of doing the same humdrum routine I've followed in the last 20 years.

Loved this!

As we carry on in this pandemic, the thought of heading back to a gym where everyone is touching the same equipment makes me a bit nervous. Not only do home workouts eliminate this fear but they are also a very convenient way to get in my exercise in a safe environment. I like how this audio book went into detail about the benefits of the exercises themselves, the ease of home workouts, and the simplicity of the exercises. I'm really glad that this audio book came with a companion PDF of the workouts so that I could follow along.

Like personal trainer in my ear

I have been doing home workouts for a year now, and I’ve been really unfocused. This book is giving me lots of great ideas to keep myself motivated and actually get stronger. I also am constantly worried about hurting myself, so the specificity of this stuff is really great. A+. Would recommend!
