I didn't know
I have demolished my marriage because of my codependency and anxiety. My spouse is on the opposite spectrum of codependency. Together we made our marriage toxic and I became an emotional torment. I don't know if my wife will join me to fix this. it's all I want. Thank you for helping me see her point of view. I couldn't see it. I have been working on my issues for a few months, but I didn't see this side.

A GUIDE FOR CODEPENDENCY
The narrator did a wonderful job. her voice was comforting and soothing for me, a person experiencing pain and sorrow from bad decisions. I liked that the book described codependency; the signs and symptoms. The tasks outlined to help a person change their perspective were simple and easy for me to begin working on today. I would highly recommend this book.
