Useful in business and in everyday life
As I said in the title this is a very useful book both in business and in everyday life. I didn't realise how many mistakes I was making until listening to both of these books. Now I can see a lot of my errors and can already see my general conversation / social skills greatly improving.

To call these books "interesting" is a slight understatement to be fair. Fantastic books, full of facts and info and motivation.
