Patrick King is a fine author.
I enjoy his books. I like when he does the narration though. this is valid advice. I am one of those nice people who needs to be more selective or find a proper church. lol

Explains a lot about my life
I’ve taken a deep dive into this book twice now and from it, I realize a few things about myself and the relationships I’ve fostered over the years. I learned that I have poor boundaries or ones that I’ve never truly enforced. This book has helped me with what a boundary should look like and how to announce them to others. It is a really good book and I’m looking forward to listening to it a third time soon!

Very helpful , well worth my time.
