I LOVE this course!

Great advice

It is great. Very beneficial to break things down; goal setting, and sub goals, reasonable time-frames, and reasons why. All coming from a positive place of acceptance, and compassion, and love of self.

Great help

I now understand that losing weight is so much more than following a diet. This audiobook has shown me that my weight is really just a symptom of how I relate to myself. I now feel armed with the tools that I need to improve many things about my life. I am finding that the guided hypnosis processes in this course are having an increasingly profound effect on my life, the more I listen to them. Finally a real plan for change!

I enjoy the soothing voice and comforting words of the narrator. I prefer this gentle approach rather than the more aggressive and irritating presentations which seems to be the norm for most self help audiobooks. It allows me to be more confident in the technique.

Very motivating and helpful

This audiobook are very thorough and cover all aspects of losing weight. My one quibble is that the music that accompanies the hypnosis sessions is too loud. It rivals the voice in volume and at times the two blend, making it difficult to understand what he is saying. As a caveat I have to say that I have impaired hearing (high frequency hearing loss and tinnitus) so I'm sure that enters into it but it would be helpful if the background music was truly background and less loud.
