Awesome Book
This book is incredible. I going definitely going follow this book because I work so much and it's very hard for me to stick to A healthy diet and stay fit. I can only diet for two days then I'm eating whatever after day two. I recommend people buying this book if it's hard for you to eat healthy and stay fit. If you are working all the time.

Such a life changer!!
I had been stuck in a rough patch in my life for months. I knew I needed change as I wasn't feeling like myself and started having issues with loved ones. I picked up several audiobooks, watched countless Youtube videos, and read plenty of books and articles online to try to get motivated and set health goals.
This book was the thing that did it for me - I was finally motivated to become the best 'me' I could be. I started setting small rules and goals of eating health - sure, I took longer than most might, but after a few weeks my diet was completely transformed. At the same time I built in some workout schedule, not overworking, but at least some exercise each day. And most importantly was making sure I got enough rest for my body to be capable of meeting goals each day.
This audiobook was such a life game-changer for me. I absolutely recommend this if you are looking to make a positive change in your life and finally start being healthy!

no more excuses for me
Recently, I have been increasing my income, but what comes with that is a tight schedule. What I found most helpful in this book was the fact that it made me realize, no excuses. I can work out, stay fit, and eat healthy even with a tight schedule. This book really helped me identify my why behind my health, self-care, and wellness goals and purpose.

Perfect for my actual needs
This collection is such a breath of fresh air! Sure, if I had no job or responsibilities, I'd be in amazing shape, but that's just not realistic. With this audiobook, you learn skills that are doable in a real person's schedule. And that's really different. I love what Silvana Siskov has created. Excellent narration as well.

So much valuable information!
This book is put together very well. So much information especially being a 2-in-1 bundle. This book will inform you and motivate you to get fit. This book provides resources and tips that are invaluable but like every fitness tool, it is up to the consumer to put in the effort to see results. The information in the book has worked for me and if you are willing to put in the work it will work for you too.
