I’m writing this from the hospital... I couldn’t sleep at all last night, and my brain was going 100 mph. This audiobook was like magic. Waw. It helped me take one of the best naps ever, even with nurses coming in and out. The voice is super calming, and the music is gentle af. I actually stayed asleep and woke up feeling normal for once. Also the writing is great at guiding your brain to a more peaceful place at bedtime, which can be difficult to do on your own. I rarely comment or leave reviews - but as someone who suffers from sleep and anxiety issues, I was so impressed with how effective these guided meditations were. Not only was the narrator’s voice so soothing and the background music so tranquil - what stood out to me was how the words “comfort you like a warm blanket.” Truly these words were like honey and transported me to a dream world. This is something special. Highly recommend.
