Very helpful info

Goes quickly- hard to retain much at one time- but really helpful information- would probably need to buy the physical book to reference more often

Interesting snippets poorly edited

The book is presented a series of snippets all of which seem like sound advice. However the editing is appallingly bad. Consistent errors in overlapping or duplicating words or missing words due to incorrect splicing of sound bites is both annoying and amateur. Some references to studies but only as a citation, the content is rarely developed into a deep examination of the studies cited. Voice actor is engaging throughout
