A complete game changer for me!
Currently half way through my 2nd time listening to this, the only audio I've actually listened to completely in one go! It is so easy to understand! Helped me understand why I am the way I am, that my past trauma played a big role in my present life even though I thought because it's been years it doesn't affect me anymore, I was so wrong! This book has helped me heal parts of me that I didn't even know needed healing, I thought it was just the way I am. Not only did it help heal me, but also made me realise that I can become the best version of me, the version that i always wanted to become. The practical exercises are easy to follow and incorporate into your daily life! So grateful that I had come across Vex King's Instagram and this book! 🙌

Everything I needed
This book seriously couldn’t have come at a better time. Healing has been so ugly & painful for me. But also for my marriage & my kids. They didn’t ask for a mother who is fucked up. Having something to lean on to help me navigate my healing & emotions is truly god sent. & also something to not make me feel so shittty about my shitty trauma.

I Cherish Vex

Amazing book helps me allot to start my own heeling journey
I liked the breathing exercises, the example from real life that the writer gave it makes me feel that i am not alone and encourage me to start my healing journey following his step and advice, I really appreciate this book has change a lot of things inside of me that I thought it wont be changed .
