Game Changer
I have listened all the way through and I'm listening for a second time now to make sure things really stick because they are so helpful. This book hit home for me and not only made me realize why I was procrastinating, it gave me tangible ways to address those reasons. To sum up the book, procrastination needs to be dealt with at the emotional level, not the time-management level. As the author says, you can't tell someone who procrastinates to "be more productive " any more than you can tell a depressed person to "be more happy". This book helps you identify your barriers and how to change your mindset to overcome them. Highly recommend.

I’ve never felt more seen
This book was spot on in describing my procrastination cycles and equipped me with wisdom on how to break free from them. This is a deep dive into becoming a better, well rounded, productive you by tackling the sources and not just the symptoms of procrastination— everything from mindset patterns and negative self talk, to chemicals or lack there of in the brain that may be the culprit. The narrator’s tone, articulation, and pace kept me engaged and conveyed the points of this book beautifully! Do yourself a favor and take a listen. I definitely don’t believe you’ll regret it!

This book is so well structured, and written in a scientific (not too scientific) way that is captivating, intriguing, and filled with absolutely incredible and useful advice for all of us struggling with our day-to-day life, energy, attention, prioritization, productivity, mood, well-being; so many things that have an affect on our individual success and happiness. Everyone should read / listen to this, and practice this advice.
