this book is about lazy people in the workplace. Nothing about actual passive aggressive behavior.

Not a book

The gist of this “presentation” as the narrator/author rightly calls it, is to keep emotion out of it and zero in on problem solving. Save your credit. It’s a seminar without being able to see the slides, which are referred to in the narrative. The recording quality is bad, but understandable.
