Packed with Practical and detailed information
I like that overview is given at the start and later broken down into details. This is my first time learn about keto diet so this book has been helpful. Plenty of examples are also given so I don’t have to research what food is applicable.
The narration was good, though I sometimes find pauses in between sentences longer than I was hoping for.

Good listen
I have been wanting to do the intermittent fasting and this audio book has been a great help. Informative and love the narrator. It also is a start for keto diet which some friends are doing. Everyone needs tips on exercise. Great listen and you can listen anytime.

Background history and general statement
I already know what the ketogenic diet, keto meal prep, and intermittent fasting is, as well as exercising for weight loss. Thus, there are general ("many researchers", "studies show") statements as resources. It is just a simple guide for those who want to learn about Keto.
Pros: This is truly a Complete Beginners Guide. It provides a look to history, and origins of Keto and fasting. It explains in detail how you burn calories, and how to do the keto diet and whole process of fasting.
Cons: It referred to some chart that I could not "see" or find. There were some awkward pauses in the middle of sentences, this is why it was better to play it very fast. However, if you need time to process the information, the normal speed is good.
This book could be shorter without some of the filling comments/explanations that did not provide useful information.
Overall, I think it is a great for Complete Beginners, seriously, it will help you understand how it works on your body; without mentioning specifically what researchers have done/said what. On the other hand, you'll be bored if you are already familiar with the Ketogenic diet, fasting or exercising.

Great bundle!
I've listened to IF for Women before receiving this bundle and I personally didn't enjoy listening to it, but I believe in 2nd chances and I'm glad I took the chance with this author. The other books, Keto Diet + Exercise Plan and Keto Fasting were good ones! I'm a big believer in the Keto diet, so I'll take whatever information I can get! I thought I was already well educated in Keto, but I learned some new things and helpful tips! Already down 12 lbs since last week! #winning
This bundle is a score, especially for those just starting their Keto journey. The "rules" are easy to follow, just stick to the diet and the lbs will start coming off. Good luck!

Great Read!
I enjoyed this book. It even talks about how vegans can work there way into the keto diet which is nice because I follow a vegan diet myself. I actually didn’t no that that was possible to go on the keto diet to. I also don’t like eating animal products for moral reasons, and for the environmental impact so that’s cool that you can follow the Keto without doing that. I also liked that there were 3 books in one. Because I think there’s more to it then just the diet itself. You also need to exercise and fasting can be helpful too. I recommend this book and I got a lot of good tips out of it.

Good for beginners and more

Ok so first of all, I'm not a woman. That said, however, my wife and I are trying to start intermittent fasting together, and I appreciated hearing about things that specifically help her. It also has the framework included that men can use too, but some stuff doesn't apply.

Awful
This was a huge waste of time and money. The narrators cannot even pronounce the medical terms. In addition the information is inconsistent, poorly put together and I found myself beyond irritated listening to these narrations which can barely be called books.
