This is an excellent book!
I am someone that has been struggling with my weight for what seems like most of my life and well I have always looked for a solution and this wonderful book by Magnus Evans is that solution. The Intermittent Fasting Mastery book has been a miracle to me. This book is filled with amazing tips on how to gain motivation when it comes to weight loss and how to keep the weight off. I mostly love how this book truly delves into the spiritual aspect of fasting. It also has a lot of great information about how to properly and safely do a ketogenic diet. I absolutely love this book and since I started reading it, I have lost 5 lbs!

A Complete Guide for Beginners
Intermittent fasting continues to receive global exposure nowadays considering its numerous incredible benefits. It is true that this popular eating pattern is beneficial and favorable for your health, well-being, and weight, but you also have to make sure that you do it properly. Also, remember that just like other diet plans, this eating pattern can't provide you with your desired results overnight. You need to have patience and discipline to be able to reap its benefits.
For instance, if you feel a strong urge to eat, find out first if it is real hunger or just plain craving. If you are just craving for something, then fill yourself with a low-calorie snack or water. You can also successfully go through the fasting state by keeping yourself busy. This is helpful in distracting yourself from eating. It also helps to start slow and allow your body to adjust to the routine at its own pace.
I have read many books about fasting, but this one is the best that has more information I need. This book helps me understand why fasting feels good! I’m super excited to start fasting again and the intermittent fasting seems to be a good way to get started. Still, I’ve been researching fasting & this book identifies all of the benefits & describes each different fasting method.

Excellent Book!
I've been trying to lose weight for awhile and really needed help. This book is helping me understand everything about weight and dieting. The way the book is broken down makes reading or listening to this very easy. The diet tips have been very helpful and I now have a plan with the help of this book! Definitely Recommend this!

doing it for the right reasons
I've always wanted to do intermittent fasting for the benefit of mental clarity and guidance and I'm so happy I stumbled upon this godsend. Fasting in general can be hard since it's a discipline, however this beginners guide keeps you motivated every step of the way so that you don't fall off the wagon. Try it and see if things change for the better lol.
