I love her Keto Chaffle Recipes!
Furthermore, the body primarily uses glucose for breathing. However, you can change the molecule your body uses to breathe and cause your body to consume fat instead of glucose, so when there is plenty of glucose, your body will still consume glucose and leave fats alone.
