This is the see spot run version of Keto. If you know nothing about keto this might be a decent introduction. But there are other much better books out there.

Not much Keto about this book

Might be a decent begginer fitness book but it's not very Keto savy. A 30 carb post workout shake? Seriously?

Misleading information

People need to understand what keto it really is there is no dairy there’s no processed food there is no sugar what is promoted here is low-carb but the fasting information for in a man is pretty on pointI’m a football chemist I specialize in ketogenic diet true keto/fat adapted or fat for fuel

Love this book!!

Easy to understand and the information really makes since. Things I knew about this diet explain a in detail and another confirmation that diet can is the answer to better health.

Sold!

This was my first Audible book. I’ve been reading other keto type books, but hearing it was effective. I am really encouraged to keep going on this eating lifestyle plan. Hint: when you get to the recipe chapter, get a piece of paper ready! There are some great recipes!

What a great audiobook!

Absolutely loved the book. I have tried to do keto several times but it never worked out, until I read this book. Not only did I learn how to efficiently do a ketogenic diet, but I also gained knowledge about overall health in general. In the book it’s explained how to overall better your health by teaching you how to get good sleep, gives insight on your circadian Raytheon, and much more.

Just another book

This book is just another of many that give you the same information that your friends will tell you. The fact that in the middle of a chapter they start to read line by line each recipe is very time consuming and frustrating while you are driving due to the fact that you are trying to skip that part.
