Relatable examples and good narrative
I was a little bit concerned this would end up being a self-help book, but it turned out to be one that I would visit from time to time to look for ideas and strategies to cope with some of my concerns and things I am working on.

A must read!!!
This is a phenomenal book for nothing only young adult but also grown. I don’t think I ever read anyone describing depression and anxiety in an easy understandable way. And this is a book that will make you reflect on a lot of aspects of everyone’s life and how we relate to each other whether it’s your primary partner family and friends. This is a book I recommend this book to anyone. It’s really practical easy to read and you can jump to one chapter to the next one to review or go back to a particular area in your life that you are working on.
