A female must read!

I got this book because I feel I am in the early stages of menopause and wanted information on it. This stage in a females life is not often talked about publicly and I’m grateful the author took the time to write such fabulous books. She was very engaging and I felt like I was listening to a friend…which makes the ordeal (menopause) less scary.

Learn The Menopause Through Positive Eyes

Love this 2 books in one, it provides basics but important info like how to beat your hormones weight gain. Great explanations of symptoms like hot flashes, mood swings, night sweats etc. and how to reduce them. You'll learn about what menopause is and how it happens; you will learn about proper midlife nutrition, how to combat all menopause symptoms and how to feel better and in time, be free of them. I would definitely recommend this book as a must for anyone wishing to follow a natural life cycle with menopause symptom free.

I really needed that!

Going through menopause at the moment (TMI but fits right now!). These books were a comprehensive study on EVERYTHING you need to know about this time of life. Breaking it down into facts and useful advice, it makes it less confusing. I'll definitely be implementing things I read in the book, especially in terms of diet and exercise. We need more of these books for women in what is an understudied and misunderstood condition in the medical world. Well done and thanks!

A useful audiobook

A very useful book for any woman. There is a wealth of information regarding the perimenopausal period and also menopause. I really enjoyed how the author included stress management techniques as I find that that topic is often overlooked when discussing menopause.

A must have for every woman!

Wow! this bundle is amazing, i enjoyed listening to every single section. I'm not in that stage in life but having the knowledge will prepare me when the time comes. One of my favorite parts is the section about harmful toxins that certain personal care products have. I'm sure that it has happened to one of us at one point where we just buy the product without looking at the ingredients trusting the stores but we are wrong we should always read the labels. It me brought awareness because i didn't know it can affect your hormones. I highly recommend it!

Very informative book! Understanding menopause and the changes taking place in you body is so frustrating. This book helps you how to gain confidence and feel beautiful and advises you about lifestyle changes and when to seek your doctor for help. It teaches how to manage stress and the dreaded weight gain. Many techniques for managing your menopause, boosting your confidence level, exercise diet. Really Enjoyed this book!!

A very detailed useful book

Silvana's book is very detailed regarding pre-menopausal and full-blown menopause. She describes in detail symptoms that may give missed. She uses examples to help identify if you are going through one of these. One of the things that she noted was symptoms can start even in the '30s and get messed. Silvana also notes how sleep disruption is also a symptom that gets missed/
I recommend this to any woman who thinks that she may be going through the early stages like weight gain or periods not normal. There is so much valuable information that helped me to identity my hot flashes that lasted two days then stopped. If you think that you may be going through it, you need this book!

So worth it!

I recently visited my Doctor who determined I was indeed close to menopause. I have so many friends that complain about the issues they have; enough to make me really worried. I'm so glad I listened to this book to help me understand my options should I need them! Most important to me; I'm glad there are homeopathic solutions should I need them as well. Well worth the time!
