Exceptional book about menopause!

From the very beginning, you can tell that Jane has done her research! This book is presented in a relatable and easy-to-understand format, that will have you feeling motivated and encouraged. There are numerous exercises, nutrition examples, and suggested supplements included. I felt so encouraged after listening to her book!

Very Inspiring Book!

Inspiring book for any woman!!
I found this book at just the right time. It’s a great listen: the narrator is excellent and the content is fantastic!
I have been making lifestyle changes recently and the knowledge I gained from listening to this book has been very inspirational. As a woman of this age range, I was intrigued by this topic. I am still new to this exciting time of life, and I really appreciated the thorough, yet simple explanation of the pros and cons of hormone replacement therapy.
What I appreciated most about this book is how the author discusses how making better lifestyle choices will make everything in your life easier!! Seeing this time of life as a wake up call to improve your life is brilliant!
Instead of sitting around and complaining about this and that and everything that is going wrong, the author takes the positon of wellness as a way of living.
Like Oprah said, this a Time to Reinvent yourself!

This book is about hope and action. The author has a very engaging writing style that I found to be the perfect combination of scientific research, practical advice and humour. I am looking forward to implementing this new knowledge in my life!! Thank you!

Good and practical information shared

The information shared in this audiobook provides good, practical suggestions that include explanations and the science behind it. It's a good audio read when you work out or even before going to your provider. It's a decent book for women who are in peri-menopause phase especially so you know why and what to expect when menopause actually comes.

Great book

The book is easy to read and to understand. Some suggestions of this book and ideas about the different aspects of menopause are really practical. She mentioned as your estrogen levels decrease; your metabolism slows down. This makes you gain weight even if you haven’t changed a thing about the way, you eat or move and makes it harder to lose weight. Great read!!!

Great Information!

The holistic remedies ticked the box for me. Being past this stage in my life, I can attest to some of the help and wish I had realized other remedies put forth here. interesting listen, good narration

My wife listened to this with me and found it helpful.
This audiobook is for menopausal women and weight loss and gives a scientific background on the subject.
In addition to practical information and ideas about the different aspects of menopause,
she writes about how women can actually help themselves through the process.
There is helpful information on how to alleviate symptoms.
I recommend this audiobook.
