Meditation for Beginners

I loved this book!! It was easy to understand and had different methods of Meditation and instructions on all of them. If you are a beginner at Meditation definitely listen this book it really helped me!

Starters guide

This book is a great starters guide for those interested in meditation either because they are curious about it or because they are interested in meditating themselves. I personally listen this book because I'm learning about Buddhism and everything that falls under its umbrella. Will definitely recommend this book.
