Menopause and Weight loss

As someone who has been struggling with weight gain after the onset of menopause, I found this book gave me a lot of good ideas and more motivation to reset my diet and pick up healthy habits again. Really enjoyed it!

Very Informative and Helpful

This book gives a great and easy to understand explanation of what menopause is/is not and how we misinterpret some of the signs from our bodies during this time in our lives. I especially appreciate the reference to SMART goals when planning for diet and exercise in the peri and post menopausal phases.

Very informative!!

This information shared is this book is absolutely amazing and spot on! When I went through menopause, NO ONE explained to me the drastic shift of emotional and physical well being. I thought I was going crazy!! This book substantiates the emotional roller coaster and physical symptoms of a what woman goes through during menopause. Highly recommend!

Was great for my Mom

I got this for my Mom after she voiced her concerns about gaining weight in menopause. She wanted me to help get a weight loss plan together for her and this book was full of super helpful information.
