I love the narrator!
There was lots of important information in this book that I discovered - for example Black women usually start Menopause sooner. Keyonni James is also a great narrator who is easy to listen to. Made the listening experience enjoyable.

Opened my eyes to the scope of menopause
I took so many useful and eye-opening things from this book. I reflected on my mother’s experiences (that I knew of) and thought about how insensitive my step-father and at times I was to my mother’s confusion about her symptoms. I realize how important it is to know yourself and your body to detect small changes when they, and how important it is to have a health provider who is sensitive and knowledgeable about your needs… Great book!

This book is so helpful! Knowing I am not alone and hearing this information from someone who looks like me speaks volumes to my soul. There are many things I wasn't aware of and confirmation for some of the lifestyle changes I have made just because they felt right.
