You'll want a notebook to write down important notes (he recommends other authors'books and I recommend his as well). I'm not even finished and feel it's that important to share his books. well worth six times the price!

I also downloaded the Kindle version so I can have it on my phone. There are some lists that I wish I had gotten the day I left school. I highly recommend this book, & I've already sent it to two real estate friends. He does not mess with your time either. His stated goal is to give you valuable information even if you only have two or three minutes to listen. He delivers that promise.

This book is packed with tons of great information that a new agent will find invaluable! This is 3 hours and 8 minutes of mentorship. Just finished this and going to see if there's a paperback version I can pick up for reference. Solid and useful information and guidance on just about every facet of Real Estates sales. Thank you Matt Williams for sharing so much. So many books in this space are written purely to push the author's coaching services, this is not one of those. It's a solid read/listen start to finish!!!
