Interesting research based book on social anxiety

This book was interesting for sure but it could not go into as much depth as other books due to the shorter length. The best thing about this book is that it advises sufferers of anxiety that they are not alone - this is very important. I recommend this book. The narration was very good.

Helpful.

As parents, this book helped us recognize the difference between shyness and true social anxiety. I liked that the book covered a range of options to try, not just meds. A good book to read if you suspect you, or your children have social anxiety.

I wish it was a bit longer!

Now this is not quite the Overcoming Shyness book that the Tenda Tribe from Earthbound read, but there is quite a bit of good information for how compact this book is.

Pretty much basic information

This "guide" is ok if you just need basic information on treatment for social anxiety, but most of this information can be found pretty easily with an Internet search.

If you have social anxiety and you're looking for an advanced guide for help, this definitely is not something I'd waste credits on.
